Returns are never fun, and we are sorry that it has come to this point in the process. But do not worry we have made it very easy to return your STAIX gear. Let's go over a few things that may be on your mind.

STAIX Return Policy 

  • If something isn't right with your order please let us know and we’ll make it right. Our email is support@staix.co
  • Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. All Labels/Tags that came originally attached to the products must still be attached to return the goods. 
  • Every item is inspected before any action is taken.
  • Separate orders cannot be refunded as one, the process must be completed based on the items attached to the specific order #.
  • Any orders that have been paid with both card and gift card will have the gift card refunded first.
  • You will have 30 days from the date you receive your items to make a return. Based on the tracking of your items we can tell when it was received, this is good for both parties and helps with the transparency of the shipment.
  • Any items purchased from a STAIX event including pop ups, charities, trade shows, etc cannot be returned for a cash refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s) returned.
